CEO’s Letter

 

NoMad Realty, Inc. is a corporation established in 2022 in Akita. We are committed to providing comprehensive real estate services.

I have worked in the real estate industry for approximately 13 years in real estate sales in Japan, Toronto, Canada, and New York, U.S.A. Especially the latest experience in Manhattan, New York, I have been engaged in business related to the U.S. real estate, mainly for investors from overseas, centering on selling investment real estate properties. When I worked for a Japanese real estate brokerage in Manhattan, I worked for investors from overseas and gave them useful information about the US real estate market. In this workflow, I specialized in selling investment properties, leasing, property management, and exploring any new investment properties in Manhattan.

I came back to Japan a few years ago from New York City and I decided to establish my own real estate company. When I opened my own brokerage, I gave top priority to maximizing my experience from overseas. Since I was a foreigner when I lived in Canada and the U.S., I have experienced how difficult renting an apartment without any credit history. Also, the language barrier was another obstacle. Based on these experiences, I started my own brokerage in order to help all the people who are having a hard time finding or buying properties in Japan.

Unfortunately, I can only speak Japanese and English at this moment. However, I will keep trying to give my best effort to provide the best real estate services in both languages. Real Estate reflects one’s country’s culture. That is the reason why the real estate system, customs, and common sense in Japan are totally different from those overseas. Again, I promise that I will provide the best real estate services in Akita.
